Defending Principles of Truth and Fairness

It was Albert Einstein who said that, “A problem is never solved with the same minds or style of thinking from which it was caused.”.
Our beliefs and roots can be traced back to 1118 with the commission of the Knights of the Templar. These defenders of the innocent were dedicated to their quest in the protection of pilgrims in the accent world.
It is a known fact that in many ways our international and domestic system(s) of justice are strained to the breaking point. Some speculate that we have gone beyond the point of return. This is due in large part to the overwhelming demand placed upon it and the general loss of respect for our fellow man and his property. The moral and principle value systems that have long been accepted as “common law” have been waning under the load of corruption of those who will knowingly and intentionally without conscience do evil against another. Those that will do evil know this and utilize it to your detriment and their advantage.
Our current day leaders come from a variety of backgrounds: Court Officers, Business Chiefs, Law-Enforcement Investigators to “Intelligence” Entities and just concerned citizens of the World.
The Agency does not represent itself as a traditional “law-firm” nor are we a “collection agency”; we are a victim advocacy organization. When we receive a mandate to represent the interest of a client/victim(s), we will thoroughly investigate the matter. Collect substantive evidence to support the allegations. Then once it is determined that there indeed exists sufficient evidence that an injustice has indeed been committed, a contact or demand will be delivered to the “offending” party(s). The evidence against them will be presented in an attempt to facilitate and extend the opportunity for a peaceful and fair resolution. The Agency will do everything possible to avoid a matter ever seeing the inside of a domestic or international court, as that is not where we operate and the pursuit of prosecution is generally reserved as a last resort to justice.
The Agency by and through our partner entities have discreetly represented clients from around the globe addressing a variety of situations involving financial loss. We are an honorable organization with and honorable mission. We will only accept cases that we believe are just, have merit and that our participation will be an asset in the quest for recovery of unjustly appropriated assets.
Although there are no absolutes in this world, we are proud to represent that we are a benefit to those we have or will serve. The Agency can only be adequately described in the pursuit of our mission as “unconventional”, we operate completely outside the normal parameters of common legal practice. We have often been accused of being unorthodox, which we consider a complement. However, we are dedicated to operating within limits of international and common law.
Everyone has something they want or need to maintain. Whether it be reputation, business, family, future or in the most serious or difficult cases that may likely be freedom. These are the pressure points that have historically proven effective in conveying to offenders the need to resolve outstanding obligations. Ultimately however, the goal in cases for which we receive and accept mandate is to influence and facilitate the restoration of the victim.
Our experience has been that once an offender is lead to conclude that it is more conducive to his/her long-term lifestyle and liberty to address a matter, they will generally come to the table. In most cases it just make good common or business sense. The Agency will not rest until the wrongs we represent are adequately addressed. This commitment to our client at times creates very uncomfortable and unpleasant outcomes for those that choose to test our resolve.
